Teams: share meeting notes with your team
In short
Every Loro account is on a team. If you sign in with your company email, you're on that company's team; with Gmail or another personal email, on a team of your own. To add someone, click Invite in Settings › Team and type their Google email. The team only sees the notes each person shares with Share.
Who's on your team
- With a company email (for example, @yourcompany.com), you join that company's team on your own. If it didn't exist yet, it's created with the company's name and the logo from its website, and you're its admin.
- With Gmail, Hotmail or another personal email, you're on a team of your own. To add someone, invite them.
How to invite someone
- Open Settings › Team and click Invite.
- Type their Google email.
- Let them know: Loro gives you a ready-made message to send on WhatsApp or by email, or to copy. When they sign in to Loro with that email, they'll already be on the team.
Anyone with an email at your company's domain joins on their own: no need to invite them.
What your team sees
Only the notes someone shares from Share, with the team's name: the title, the date, who was there and Loro's note. Never My notes, the audio or what was said. Everything else stays on each computer. The team's notes show up in the sidebar, under your team's name.
What an admin can do
- Change the team name.
- Turn off joining with the company email: then only people you invite can join.
- Make admin or Remove as admin.
- Deactivate someone: they stop seeing the team's notes and don't rejoin on their own. Their shared notes stay, and you can Reactivate them.
- Turn on Pro for the whole team. More in Plans and billing.
Frequently asked questions
Are my notes private?
