With Loro Pro, select it and ask "make it more appealing and shorter" (Ctrl + Win).

WhatsApp replies

In WhatsApp Web or desktop, you say: "hi marta, um, yes it's still available, uh, does Saturday at eleven work for a viewing". Loro types: "Hi Marta, yes, it's still available. Does Saturday at eleven work for a viewing?".

Follow-up after a showing

With Loro Pro, open the client's email, hold Ctrl + Alt and ask "reply thanking them for the visit and suggesting a second one on Tuesday": Loro looks at your screen and writes the reply the way you would (it needs the internet).

Can I check what each client was looking for?

If the call was on your computer, Loro's note has it. Ask it "what budget did Marta mention?" and it answers with what was said.
