How to share a meeting note
The Loro team
In short
Open the note and click Share, at the top. Copy link copies an address (heyloro.app/n/…) so anyone can see Loro's note in their browser, without an account. They never see your own notes, the audio or what was said. You can also share it with your team, send it on WhatsApp or by email, or save it as a PDF.
The "Share" options
- Copy link: anyone with it sees Loro's note, and its changes too.
- Stop sharing the link: the link stops working right away.
- With your team (it shows up with its name): everyone on your team sees it. More in Teams.
- Copy as text: the note, ready to paste.
- Send on WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with the note written out.
- Send by email: opens your email with the note.
- Save as PDF: to print or attach it.
- Copy for your AI: your notes, Loro's note and what was said, to paste into Claude or ChatGPT.
What someone sees on the link
- The title, the date, who was there and who shared it.
- Loro's note: the topics and the next steps.
- Never My notes, the audio or what was said.
The page shows in English or Spanish depending on their browser, doesn't ask for an account and doesn't show up in search engines.
