How to cancel your Loro Pro subscription

In short

Open Settings › Plan & billing and click Manage subscription: your subscription opens in the browser, with Stripe, and you cancel it there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again. After that you're back on the free plan, without losing your notes.

Step by step

  1. In Loro, open Settings › Plan & billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription. Your subscription opens in the browser, with Stripe.
  3. Cancel it there.
  4. Back in Loro, your plan shows until which day you keep Pro.

What happens next

If you have Pro through your team

Whoever pays for it manages it. If that's you, cancel the same way, from Manage subscription. If not, ask the person who pays.

Refunds

Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. If there was a mistake with a charge, write to us from Settings › Help › Send feedback and we'll look into it.

If I cancel, can I go back to Pro?

How do I cancel LoroNote?

LoroNote (also called Loro Transcribe) is a different app, made by another company, and it isn't related to Loro.
