Languages: dictate and take notes in English or Spanish
In short
Loro understands English and Spanish: you dictate in either one without changing anything, and your meeting notes come out in the language that was spoken. The language you see Loro in is set in Settings › Preferences › Language: "Same as Windows" (on a Mac, "Same as Mac"), Español or English. For now it doesn't understand other languages.
When you dictate
Talk in English or Spanish and Loro writes in that language, with its punctuation; in Spanish, with ¿ ¡ and accents. The app's language doesn't change this: you can see Loro in English and dictate in Spanish, or the other way around.
It also works offline in both languages: the voice model that stays on your computer covers English and Spanish.
On your calls
- What was said is written in the language of the meeting.
- Loro's note comes out in the language you spoke: if the meeting was in Spanish, the note is in Spanish.
- When you ask Loro something about your notes, it answers in the language of your question.
