# To-do: your to-do list, which fills up on its own

Your To-do almost fills itself: when a call ends, the note shows you what's yours and, with one click, it goes on the list. You can also hold **Ctrl + Win** (on a Mac, **fn**) and say **"Loro, I need to…"**, or press **Ctrl + Space** (on a Mac, **Option + Space**) from any app and type it. Click a to-do's circle to move it to in progress and then to done.

## How your to-dos arrive

- **From your calls:** when the call ends, "Your next steps" shows up below the note, with yours ("You: …") already checked. You can change the text or who does it, add or remove steps, and check someone else's to follow them. When you click **Add to To-do**, they go on your list with a link to the meeting; with **Not now**, none do.
- **By voice:** in any app, hold **Ctrl + Win** (on a Mac, **fn**) and say "Loro, I need to call the accountant on Friday". If you say when, Loro adds the date.
- **From any app:** press **Ctrl + Space** (on a Mac, **Option + Space**), type it and press Enter, like in Todoist. Press it twice in a row and Loro opens on To-do. You can change the shortcut in **Settings › Preferences › Add a to-do**.
- **By hand:** in To-do, click **New to-do** (or press Q), type it and press Enter. Esc cancels.
- **Your AI:** if you connected it, it can add to-dos too, over the internet as well. More in [Connect your AI](https://heyloro.app/en/help/your-ai).

If you type when ("tomorrow", "on Friday"), Loro highlights it and sets that date. With the date button you pick **Today**, **Tomorrow**, **This weekend**, **Next week** or **No date**.

## The states

Click the circle to move it along: **to do → in progress → done**. If something is holding a to-do up, open it and click **Pause**: Loro asks you why and saves the reason. **Resume** moves it back to to do.

At the top you choose what to show: **To do** or **Done**.

## Inside a to-do

Click a to-do to open it right there:

- Its **comments**, with the time, and a box to write a new one.
- **Open the note**, if it came from a call.
- **Pause** and delete (click twice to confirm).

At the bottom you can ask Loro about your to-dos.
